Tech was very helpful about explaining how you services work, went right top work and completed his job as promised. My only complaint was your sale said 3 rooms cleaned for 149.00 dollars, He only had to clean one room 21' X 12' and 35 dollars extra for the hall @108 sq ft.
It seems to me your is add is quite misleading. Therefore I will think twice the next time but your tech was excellent.

The tech arrived on time, walked around the house with me to see what areas we were doing, and then got right to work. He was also accommodating to the fact we had our dog and cat in the computer room with us. We asked for that room to be done last so we could move the fur kids to the master bedroom and remove our computer chairs.

He also always wore shoe covers when in the house.

And FYI, I never give a score of 10. Leaves room for some growth!

Your communication is excellent, we are kept abreast of arrival times and it is done very well. Your technicians are universally friendly, not concerned about our friendly, busy, “let me lick you” miniature golden doodle, and don shoe covers when they come in. Their work is thorough and we have lots of follow up if we need it.

We have 15 year old carpet and generally clean it on our own. This was the first time we had a professional come and clean them and Jay KILLED IT. He was amazing and made our home look like new. We had pet stains due to older animals and they were gone by the time he was done! It was also amazingly affordable. The carpets dried quickly and the kindness and professionalism from Jay was great.
