I really like the method which leaves no residue to attract dirt back to the carpet where stains once were. Once they are removed they do not reappear over time as the former stain is simply not there to start the process all over again.

Our tech was awesome and did a great job!
This is more like a 9.8. The technicians were polite, careful, and communicated the process and possible results very clearly. The carpets (all of them more than 15 years old!) came out better than expected. My only negative comment is that a bit of dirt was left on the shower floor and around the toilet after the tile cleaning in the bathroom.

The technician, De Andre, came at the beginning of the window period promised. He was very polite and professional, yet friendly. His conversation was centered around the task to be performed. He thought it would take 1 1/2 hours for our job, but he was finished 20 minutes earlier. We were impressed with the commercial vacuum cleaner used before the cleaning and extraction equipment. De Andre was very focused and cleaned up nicely after completing the job. We'd give him an A if grades were given . This was our first time using Zeroez. We are going to recommend this service to our friends who seek suggestions.

The Zerorez Staff are friendly and provide a great service with carpet cleaning! I am thankful that it is done without chemicals and leaves a clean smell. This is the third time I have used Zerorez and I will continue to have them as a vendor.
