Our carpet is so clean! The technician was super professional and we loved the reasonable price plus getting a discount for a Northwest Harvest food donation. Zerorez is now our carpet cleaner of choice.
I chose Zerorez because I heard their commercials on my favorite radio station, Spirit 105.3. I trust that they wouldn't advertise something they don't believe in. I also chose Zerorez because it would be safe for my dog. I was not disappointed. The rugs look great and the rep (Devon) explained everything he would be doing. It was quick and a great experience!
I like the type of cleaning that is done, does not take long, dries relatively quickly. Dave was professional and informative.

The work done by technician was well done.
The communication part from making sure I received the phone call prior to him arriving, was not handled properly. I had made the request when I signed up for appointment a good two weeks ahead of time, that I would not be home to answer my land line and please use my cell phone number. I stopped by my house briefly, saw I had a message and it was Zerorez office call saying tech would be giving me a call within 30 minutes or so as he was just finishing job. I immediately called to office and listened to all of your what you do that’s the best for the rugs etc.etc. Your spiel is leave your number and we will call you back(which when I made the original appt took over two hours to return) so I hung on for about 10 minutes, told the person answering the phone to please let tech know to call my cell phone as it would take me 10-15 minutes to arrive at my rental. Two days later Un be knownst to me I listened to my messsges and there was a message from tech saying he was at my rental waiting if I had not gotten ahold of your office last minute to communicate this unnecessary confusion he in all rights probably would have left saying I did not show up,

I know I am in your system with my home number and unless the person filling in the blanks as we talk, if he or she does not write a note on form immediately, this will continue to happen. Answering phones is very stressful, when you having phones ringing all the time.
Just an FYI. THE OWNERS OR MANAGERS need to do every job for day to get a full appreciation of what it takes to listen to the customer
