The person who cleaned air ducts in our home (Nathan) was professional and able to answer any questions we had. He also wore a mask and booties during COVID, which was really important to me. The air ducts in our home seem to be functioning better since the work was done. I found the front desk receptionist, who I booked the appointment with, was exceptionally nice to talk to as well and was able to answer my questions in a way that made me feel good about moving forward with the service. Thumbs up to Zero Rez!
