Our tech was on time and talked us through the process. His work was top notch and professional protecting our walls, stairs, and wood floors. Had some pet stains extra work done and looks great. We hired ZeroRez to clean the carpets of the rental house we were about to move into. The landlord told us the carpets had been cleaned and the floors still looked as dirty as every and with my allergies and asthma I couldn’t stay in a home that caused me to cough and sneeze repeatedly. I like that ZeroRez doesn’t use harsh chemicals to clean carpets and there is no weird chemical residue or smell after the cleaning process. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly and we will definitely hire them again for future services.
