what I like:
1. The Carpet is clean bright and the "common path" track on the carpet is gone and does not return in a couple of weeks like happens with other cleaning services.
2. The cleaning technicians have always been thorough taking their time efficiently to get the cleaning job done right.
3. The technicians are courteous, cordial, they call to let you know of their arrival time, explain the process well, and are careful to listen to my concerns.
4. All the techs have been great. James G. was the most recent technician to do my carpets and he was especially good at his work. It was a pleasure to interact with him, because it was obvious that he cares about doing the best work for his customers.

Mike was super friendly when he came to clean the carpet. The process was effective and efficient. Our carpet looks and feels so much better! All the stains are gone too.
