The price was right. The work was spectacular. My carpet had not been cleaned in 12 years. They took it away to their shop and brought it back like new. The fellow who brought it back helped me put the furniture back on top. I am so glad I picked Zerorez.

I like that there is no residue so once dry my carpets didn't feel "crunchy" like there was still soap in the fibers.

I like that you don’t use chemicals and nothing is smelly and yet the carpets are clean. I also like that once the cleaning process is complete, the carpets aren’t soaking wet. The carpets dry in a reasonable amount of time, 4 to 6 hrs not 24 to 48 hrs. That is a big plus. And the pricing is very reasonable.

The technician was very friendly and pleasant. He did a great job! The citrus spray smelled fresh and clean, and I loved that harsh chemicals are not used.
