I had a carpet emergency (pet stain) and Zerorez fit me in the next day. The person who arrived to clean my carpet was very professional and had great customer service skills. He communicated what he was going to do and walked me through the whole process as he worked on my stains. He did a great job!

We thought our carpet would need to be replaced because of the number of stains. Much to our surprise after cleaning, it looks amazing! Also, James did a very thorough job and explained their service before starting the cleaning. We will be using Zerorez again for further services in tbe near future!

James was very professional and friendly and did an awesome job cleaning the carpets. I like the fact that there’s no residue after they’re done.

Wow. I’m very pleased with care to clean my carpet. The technician was a super nice guy and did a really thorough job. I will definitely call Zerorez to clean my carpet next time. Zerorez works miracles on our carpet! With having 5 dogs and 2 kids the carpet gets a lot of wear but it always looks brand new after treatment!

Our experience has been overall good, but I have to say it was not as good this time. There are multiple streaks in the living room that did not show up before the carpet was dry. I plan to call today to request it to be gone over again.
