Great product, flexible and excellent customer service.

I had the same person I had about 2 yrs ago and he is very knowledgeable.

He had a trainee who did most of the work this time and the only thing I would say is that there was a huge difference in how long it took for most of the areas to dry. Some spots were wet and a bit sticky feeling for over 20 hrs.

We originally had scheduled our hardwood and tile flooring to be cleaned. Colin B. came out and provided excellent customer service. We felt very comfortable and he came in to look at the floors first and went over our options. We ended up not getting our hardwood floors cleaned and learned a lot from Colin. Overall, our hardwoods were in excellent condition, but we didn’t have them done due to the fact they are refinished and we didn’t want any cloudiness throughout the flooring. Colin ended up cleaning the tile in all bathrooms including our master shower and resealed it. He was fantastic and very knowledgeable. He made sure we were satisfied with the job before he left. I would definitely hire ZeroRez again. Our tile looks brand NEW! Colin followed all COVID guidelines and wore a mask and shoe covers.

The brick in front of the fireplace came out really clean. Also, that you don't use chemicals.

I liked how clean the carpets are, and the service was great.

Not sure how to answer that. I was pleased with the service and the tech. He explained why some stains would not come out and how the age of the carpet played a role in that. But what I had after he was complete, was way better then it was, and I am very happy.

Service was quick, neat and clean. Alec was very nice and professional in his work.

The quality of the work is great and the price was very reasonable.

No chemicals

This was the best carpet cleaning I've experienced on this carpet. It was installed in 1991, and after Devin cleaned it yesterday it looks practically new!!

A wonderful young man came when he said he would--- went right to work did a nice job in a timely manner. He was very mindful of all our STUFF-and got along fine with our dog. I would have him back in a heartbeat!!!!

Could not have been better - friendly, polite, informative, thorough, upbeat like we were his first appointment of the day (even after what probably was his last appointment of probably an already very long day), masked/distanced, and our carpets look fabulous! Many deep coffee stains on light beige carpets - gone!

Since they bring the (pre-treated) water I don't have to provide a water source at my condo.

My technican Alec was very knowledgeable and explained your Zerorez cleanning process and products. We were very impressed with how our 15 year old "builder beige" carpets looked after the cleaning. The carpets dried very quickly and our home did not have any chemical cleaning smell afterwards.
