Great job on our carpets and wood floors. I was very impressed.
I was able to get my carpet cleaned in a timely manner. Zerorez contacted me on the day of the cleaning to confirm an approximate time then the driver also contacted me as to their arrival time. I really appreciated the calls.
However, I was not happy with the condition that my stone entry was left in. I had planned to put a sealer on it after cleaning. While sweeping it, I noticed that there was dried dirty water around the edges next to the molding. Then I saw that the water had also dried on the wood molding.
I was stunned at how much dried dirty water I had to clean up from the floor. After doing this I could see how clean the slate actually was. I've since put 2 coats of sealer on and the floor looks great.

We were told that the rugs would be dry between 4 to 6 hours. They were not dry until the next day. This did not bother me as I did not believe it anyway. You probably shouldn't tell people that. The rugs looked great when done.

The product is great. After using another service for many years, I tried Zerorez a few years ago (pre-covid) and was convinced that Zerorez is the company to use. Each time we have used Zerorez the guys who have come here have been very friendly and willing to answer any questions and go above and beyond.

Zero Rez makes even the toughest stains DISAPPEAR! We had a stain on the carpet right outside the SPIRIT 105.3 studio in Shoreline that wouldn’t go away. All of us suspect it was some kind of coffee drink. It was time to call the experts - ZERO REZ! Nathan, one of their best technicians, attacked that pesky stain with a lot of elbow grease and the patented powered water Zero Rez is famous for. I love their process because it’s super-effective and yet safe for the environment and for people. There are no toxic chemicals! The stain has YET to reappear and the persistent smell has vanished. I gotta focus on show prep, but I can’t stop looking at the results. Plus, our carpets look fresh and new again! Thank you Zero Rez!

Brier was so awesome. We had to do errands and do our shopping for the week. He was able to do one car and then we left and he was able to do the other and the house. We felt very safe leaving him with our house and two dogs. He did fantastic work and very professional. He explained everything and was very communicative over text as well. I was able to pay and leave a tip all via text link.
