I loved how clean they got our carpets. One carpet we thought we had to replace and after he was done it look like new. This is a carpet that is over 20 years old. The scheduling process on line is very easy and the technicians have always been polite and respectful. The price is good and our apartment smells fresh for weeks after.

Just one niggle....when scheduling, a date AND time is asked for, yet the cleaning route dictates the service time. Just sayin.....

Collin cleaned the halls and common areas in our condo building. He was very thorough and explained what he recommended for certain areas that needed additional treatment. It looked great when he was done and the carpet is old.ZeroRez has cleaned our building several times and we have always been pleased with their work. We live that they don't use toxic chemy! I would highly recommend them.

ZeroRez did a beautiful job on my carpet!! I received a confirmation call a couple of days before scheduled appointment. On the day of the appointment I received another call telling me the name of my technician and that he would be calling in an hour to let me know exact time of arrival. The technician was so professional and told me exactly what he would be doing and the time it would take. I can not be more pleased with the service...not to mention the pricing!! I paid exactly what was quoted on the day I called to schedule. No hidden fees. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend their services.
