WE have our carpets cleaned, by Zerorez for the last 4 years, about two times per year. We have a son who is really hard on floors, and Zerorez is able to get all the stains out, including the girlfriend's dog accidents. The carpets always look great when they are finished, and, I don't have to worry about residue on the floors affecting my feet, or my cats. Thank you!

From my initial call with Tina & Diane to make an appointment their professionalism was amazing! Due to my conflict’s I had to contact them a few times to re-schedule, they were great and were able to help me get re-scheduled. Nate, the service rep followed up with a phone call confirming his arrival time & was very prompt! He did a great job, and reviewed the procedure, how the carpets are cleaned? He left me a few business cards to pass out! I requested a hard copy of the bill be mailed to me, as my printer isn’t working, which I appreciate! very much! Thank you

The carpets are so clean and there is no chemical smell, he was even able to get all the spots out! The technician was friendly and made it all very easy!
He was great and did a great job cleaning. When I booked the appointment, it said it did not include a sealant/coating. I was interested in that as an extra cost but nothing was mentioned about it by the tech.
