I am satisfied with their service, but it was too expensive. Their initial estimates was only about $341.00; but they didn't mentioned about the pet's Tropical Biological Treatments for the 2 rooms which have pet's pee (each treatment is an extra $55.00). So, the final total payment I have to pay without including cleaning the kitchen laminated flooring is $561.00, that's even after my $50.00 off coupon (That's about 65% more than the initial estimates). And it takes only about 3+ hours for this job. If I know it will cost me that much, I would rather get a regular carpet cleaning company to do the job for much less; it's good enough because my family doesn't live there.
