I like the process, the cleaning results are great, I like no residue left behind also. The only thing to improve upon is the reservation system, you need to set a tighter reservation window especially for property owners who must travel to be there for the cleaning. Texting at 8:00 am (20 minutes before arriving) on an appointment window of 8:00 am to 1:00 pm on first job of the day really requires homeowner to be there at 8:00. This could be tightened up by suggesting that first job of the day would arrive by 8:30 during the Saturday before courtesy call.
A small inconvenience but worth noting. All in all, I am very pleased with ZeroRez and have already recommended services to others.

Most carpet cleaning companies leave a soapy residue in the carpet after cleaning which attracts more dirt. Not so with Zerores, so I'm a repeat customer.

Wonderful technicians! They were hard working, very thorough,and accommodating. The process was amazing. Our carpeted steps were completely grimy and I never thought they could get them clean. But was I wrong! They look fabulous, no spots and better looking than they have in years. Our carpets are clean feeling and soft but no smell or stickyness from cleaning solution. They also did a magnificent job on our grimy Armstrong vinyl in the kitchen and front hall. All this done at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company and plan on using them again!
