Technician Ryan was outstanding. He thoroughly explained the 3-step process, asked pertinent questions, warned me that all stains may not come out because of the age of the rental carpet. He was conscientious of social distancing, wore a mask, was very courteous and professional. He offered and explained other services provided by Zerorez for future needs. Excellent customer service.

No chemical smell and no soapy residue left behind. Dry time recommended was 4-6 hours. I will highly recommend Zerorez to family and friends.

This it the third time I have used Zerorez and they as always did a great job. The technician was on time, very courtesy and informative. The carpet looks great and I would highly recommend their service. Knowing that it is water cleaning the carpet not chemicals gives me peace of mind especially when the grandkids are crawling on the ground!

Friendly quick work on ducts and carpet. I didn't know it would take so long for the carpet to dry afterward though. it would also be nice to know/see the amount of gunk that was removed.

I have always used ZeroRez and never been disappointed with the end result of their process. For me it is knowing there will be, as they advertise, no residue remaining that will then become the attractant for resoiling or spotting due to inadequate removal. The technician took his time, did a wonderful job and the carpets are once again clean.
