Everything - It was easy to get an appointment time and they showed up at the appointed time.

The gentleman that provided the cleaning service, was well versed in the procedures, answered all of our questions, then went about his work and completed the job. He (Edwin) was helpful, friendly and efficient.

A day later we are thrilled with the results. We definitely will call Zerorez next time and tell our friends about our satisfaction in the meantime!

Matt did a great job explaining the cleaning process as well as recommending additional procedures for keeping our carpets clean with two fairly large dogs and an aging cat.

No added fragrances. The tech was very efficient and wasn’t fazed by the the fact we live on the third floor of a condo and had quite a challenge of getting hoses etc to our unit. Had a great attitude, stayed pleasant and did an extra nice job.
Your call center is another thing however. . My first call to set up an appointment I was on hold for over 10 minutes and hung up. Optioned to have you call me back , and you never did! When I called back the next day I set an appointment for 2 weeks out so I could request an early appointment. Then later was told, I got the last!

Cory was so professional. And the carpets look great for being 21 years old.

Nathan our technician came out yesterday to clean our carpets, he was very prompt and explained how Zerorez is different from the usual carpet cleaning methods. Our carpets look fantastic, he did a great job, he was super efficient with his time and really nice too!
