A few weeks ago. my family room and entryway were flooded with a huge amount of dirty water from a backed up drain during the monsoon-like rainfall. I also had stairs, landings and a bedroom cleaned.

When Michael arrived, he walked through my home with me to see the areas that he would be cleaning. I pointed out rust spots that were caused by a metal filing cabinet as well as other stains caused by my new puppy.

Michael worked diligently to address the areas of concern. The results were extraordinary, my rugs and tile are clean, sanitized and look like new! The rust spots were removed as well. Michael had me inspect his work at the end to ensure my satisfaction. Zerorez has earned my highest recommendation!
