Jacob did a great job cleaning our carpets and sectional however, I didn't realize that he only cleaned one side of the sectional seat cushions until he was already gone. He did clean both sides of the back pillows. I would have gladly paid more to have both sides of the seat cushions cleaned as we flip them frequently and both sides needed cleaning. I don't know what the standard cleaning procedure is but I wish he would have asked if he should clean both sides.

I like it that the tech was knowledgeable and handled the spots on my carpets. He explained the process and finished everything in a timely manner. My carpets and chairs look great. I will use them again in the future.

Cory B, called and said that he was thirty minutes away upon arrival (within the 30 minutes) he did a walkthrough to see the scope of work to be completed. During the walkthrough he explained his use of the ultraviolet flashlight which highlighted various stains on the carpet some seen and unseen. He then explained the cleaning process, I must say this cost more than what I was use to paying but the service far exceeded my expectations. I will most definitely recommend this company.

Ps, I hope that they would consider giving military/ seniors or first responders at least a 10% discount on services rendered.

The gentleman was pleasant, did great work and took such great pride in it, I really appreciated his energy. Just as he said the carpet was dry in no time and dried beautifully. He also mentioned that you clean hardwood floors, which half of my house has, and when I asked he took the time to.measure right then provided an estimate.
