i thought my carpet was gone for good but after zerorez cleaned it, i see it is very good and now very clean again. This sounds predictable, but I was not ready for the level of clean, spotless, and smell free work that was done. I have told my whole family about it and they wil see when they come over how clean the floors are!
How clean the carpet steps came out. They look new again.
My service provider was very professional, courteous and informative. The only thing I would caution is that the carpet really wasn’t dry within 4 to 6 hours. That’s OK, but maybe provide a longer window so people don’t expect it to be completely dry in six hours. Thank you
