Listens to customer, offers options, but no pressure to have additional service that isn't wanted.

I waited a few days to respond to the survey because it seems like once a carpet is cleaned...the stains come back after a few days. You were able to get my carpet far cleaner than I thought possible and I would have had it done a long time ago, had I known it would come out as good as Ursula said it would!

You kept me informed as to time of arrival on scheduled day. Trevor, my cleaning tech was very polite, and fully explained the process used to clean the carpets.
My carpet was dry within hours, and looks so much cleaner!

Edwin did such a beautiful job on our carpet cleaning! We were blown away that it seriously looked like it did when we first installed it, five years ago! We were on the verge of getting it replaced due to stains that we couldn’t remove even with tough stain removers and it was just gross. (We have three small boys) now we’re thrilled that we won’t have to!

Excellent service--showed up on time, explained the process and options for pet urine clean, showed me the results--what a difference! I had surface-cleaning w chemicals before which did nothing--waste of time and money. This process works!
