We had stains in our carpet that Don did a great job to get out. I didn’t think our carpet was too dirty, but he got out lots of cat hair and dust before he even used the regular cleaner!
When the carpet cleaning is done, and carpet dry, my carpet is so clean that when vacuuming for the first time, with totally clean vacuum , there is no dirt to vacuum up.

Our technician Nate did a thorough and detailed job. We have old carpets which were stained in places. Nate did a great job tending to the stains and her carpets looked fresher and cleaner after. He did not rush through like many other carpet cleaners do, we appreciate that!

David was very work oriented and wanted to make sure everything got done to the best it could. He has strong work ethics and really helped out when ink out of my printer stained the carpet. I moved my printer and the dried up ink fell to the ground. The dust wasn't visible to the eye until the water hit the carpet. The stain was instant but he worked through it and was able to get the stains out.

He explained the entire process to us before starting, and worked non stop until the cleaning was finished. We are very happy with the results - the carpet looks like new again.
Scheduling was easy and we appreciated the call a few days before our appointment giving us a window of time to expect the technician, along with a call from Devin letting us know that he was on his way and expected arrival time.
