Zerorez has been doing my carpet now these past four years and I highly recommend them. The carpets look great when they have finished and I love the idea that no chemicals are being used.

Zerorez is the only company I would recommend for carpet cleaning. First off their response was immediate from the call center second their communication was great. Ryan our technician was very thorough especially working on stains on a white carpet. The traffic areas are now back to white.

Being a repeat customer i feel or hope I get some preferred customer service and or discounts. I like their unique water system and business model. Employees are typically friendly and upbeat. They use wall corner protectors and generally treat my home like it was their own when doing the work. They are responsive to my concerns and requests.
