The service that Zerorez provides is always amazing. The carpets are extremely clean and their patented water process does an excellent job of deep cleaning without the use of chemicals or soaps. If you have pets they offer enzymes that can clean and restore your carpet.

Alec was very nice and professional, and did an excellent job assessing the pet damage and treating our carpets. He also advised me of how to care for my carpet in between professional cleanings since I’m a mom of 3 small kids and a puppy and accidents happen! I was very happy with the cleaning and plan to have ZeroRez out again soon for our couches and air ducts.

Your tech, Nathan, arrived on time and was masked. He worked efficiently, helped move some pieces of furniture for the carpet cleaning and was also careful with his equipment for the duct cleaning. He explained how he would perform both services. I liked the idea of a one-stop shop for both services.

I love the natural products used on my carpet and furniture. The gunk that came up from the solution and rotating brushes was amazing and the level of clean was impressive. I had a very stained ottoman that the technician did a fabulous job on, too! I felt good knowing my family and dog would not be sitting and playing in chemicals left behind, but just on much cleaner carpet and furniture. I look forward to having my hardwoods and grout cleaned soon.

I have been using Zerorez for almost twenty years to clean the carpet and tile in my two story office building and I have always been pleased with the results . They are very professional and always get the job done on time . My building is Occupied by professional businesses and I usually need to clean the floors on a weekend. Last Saturday the carpet cleaner got their when he said he would and stayed until he finished the job. I don’t know if he even took a lunch break.
