They did a great job on the cleaning of the vents and were prompt about calling prior to arrival and when arrived. My only surprise was , I was told there was a dead bird in our venting system- I assumed it was disposed of (I was not told I was to dispose of it myself) and when I went to my basement the dead bird was lying on the ground in front of the furnace.

Zerorez does an outstanding job. Our carpets are 20 years old. They are off white and look like they were just installed recently after zerorez. I usually do not comment but I have to in this case. I have had zerorez come to our house twice. I was shocked the first time they cleaned the carpets. They looked brand new. The second time they still look new. Unbelievable but true.

I would highly recommend Zerorez for carpet cleaning. Zerorez team that cleaned our carpet were professional, careful and thorough. The team cleaned up after and my carpets look brand new. Carpets were damp when they left and by morning all was dry.
