My services and cleaning to my home was very professional, prompt, and well done.

I liked how quickly and easily it was to schedule an appointment. I was informed of the waste removal fee over the phone. The service technician called prior to appointment block to give an estimated time of arrival, which was well within my given time block.(3-6pm). He arrived when expected, explained services, and offered available upgrades. We did not feel pressured to purchase additional services, as we have with other companies, and used the biological for pet odor. Our tech was courteous, wore protective foot covers, and assisted my husband with moving items. The carpets dried quickly.
The only concern I had, was that my and my husband’s eyes were irritated the evening and morning after the cleaning, We may have had a reaction to the pet treatment, so I may only do the water only cleaning, in the future.

We are absolutely thrilled with the amazing outcome of our carpets! Being they are an off white color, we never dreamed they would look brand new once Lance Cain finished cleaning them!! He did an outstanding job and was very professional in his work. He explained the entire sequence of what he would be doing before he started, and also explained what products he would be using that would make our carpets clean.

We appreciated Lance's hard work, and for those looking to have their carpets cleaned we would highly recommend they hire Zerorez of Pittsburgh, (and Lance!) to do their job!

Mariah was great. I’m not happy with the odor that I smell afterward. That isn’t Mariah fault

It was easy to arrange an appointment. Your team was professional and polite. Kevin, the technician, was punctual, professional, and an excellent ambassador for your company. My carpets looked new after they were cleaned.
The only negative was that it took significantly longer for the top layer of the carpet to dry to the touch after completion of the cleaning. The carpet was not dry enough to walk on comfortably until about 5 hours after cleaning was done.

Our technician David was very friendly and informative. He finished four bedrooms, a hall, and a stairwell in less than two hours.

It was very easy to schedule an appointment, and the cost was very reasonable. Your technician, Dave S., was outstanding!! He did a thorough job cleaning our carpets and was quite personable—not just a workman performing drudgery. After the cleaning he took the time to explain how to care for our carpet as it dried. Please tell Dave how happy we are with his work. We highly recommend your company.

Your staff / technicians are excellent. Ambre was knowledgeable about duct work and even shard finding of rusted areas in my 100 year old ducts! Seth demonstrated why he is the supervisor - he knew about what was best for my older hardwood floors and newer carpeting - going over my options and together we selected what I needed and what wasn't. The company culture produces professional, friendly and hard workers! I wish all service businesses had the same training and care about customers being more than just an appointment and revenue for the company. Great Job!
