From start to finish Rachael has been on top of her game, checking in on projects, completing our ever changing estimates over and over again, adjusting prices and promoting your company like none other. We have over 300 properties and this was our first time trying zerorez here in Pittsburgh. I was not let down by the process or the procedure. Response time being under 5-10 minutes is just not something you expect in the service industry. The day of the service; The tech was kind, arrived on time, punctual with his estimate on time it would take to clean and the project turned out wonderfully. 10s all day. Again, the 8 needs to be removed because in no way do I feel like this entire process was less than a 10!! Zerorez all the way!! We will be in touch, and soon.

Technican was here 2 hours, taking his time, making sure job was done properly-not like other cleaning companies that spend less than an hour performing the same service.
