Got out 2 stains that a leading carpet cleaning company could not! The carpet looks and smells very clean! The service man explained everything before he started and was very respectful of my home, walls, floors and even put up a weather barrier at the door! He also checked to make sure my dog wouldn’t “escape” with only the barrier up at the door! First class all the way! Will definitely use again for some of the other rooms!

Carpets appear much cleaner. Carpet on the stairs looks new again. The man who cleaned our carpets paid attention to detail, though efficient he did not take short cuts.

Professional folks in your house. Did a good job. My only complaint is the hose to clean the rugs was full of wet mud and made dirt. He hosed it with my hose and removed the new dirt that was brought in. You need a better system on rainy days
