Originally I gave a poor review. The female manager called me and asked that they come back out to do another service free of charge to me. She also advised me she would be sending out the tech supervisor. Even though the secondly cleaning didn’t make much difference to the appearance, I learned a lot. Surprised by this company and how well they handled their customers. Tech manager was very nice, and they don’t deserve a bad review based on the condition of my carpeting. They did what they could. Here is my new oneX thanks. Also want to note that the manger called me within minutes of my original review, talk about on top of her game! Thanks again.

Friendly staff, accommodating schedule

Not only was the rug cleaned exceptionally, well, we like the fact that they had up the wall guards and they put up the curtain on the front door. So cold air isn't blowing in the whole time. They're there.
