Knowledge and manners of the technical while cleaning the vents

I am an elderly man. I had your service preformed at my home and unfortunately for me it left my house coated in a layer of debris. I originally gave a 2/10 because I was distraught with the way the service went. Unknown to me, this company is 100% about their customer service. Rachel, your manager, contacted me first thing this morning and asked for my feedback. After sharing my story she asked me to share any photos that I had taken. I sent them to her and she called me back immediately to discuss whether or not their other service team could come out and help me clean. Since my service was a few days ago and I’m retired, I went ahead and started cleaning everything. I am not finished but I do not want help and I told her that. She then stated that that in itself wasn’t good enough for her since she wouldn’t leave her own mother or father like this. She then called whoever she needed to and called me back with a resolution. I’m not trying to get anyone in trouble but my furnace filter was caked with debris so I was out that as well and had to go to the store to get a new one. The whole compartment was left with chunks of debris which I thought would be removed with the “furnace cleaning.” When Rachel called me back she offered me more than what I could of imagined in return for my nightmare. I have to say, if it wasn’t for her, I would of shared my negative viewpoint with everyone I know; but since she made me feel like family, I will do the same for your company. I will use you in the future and I will refer you to friends and family. Thank you for your time, thank you for making me feel comfortable and heard.

I was disappointed that I made a request for a specific technician and another showed up. I would recommend that you call the customer ahead of time if that technician that is requested cannot show up. When I made the appointment I paid extra for the time slot which you did honor but you also said I would get my preferred technician.

The whole process was quick and easy-from scheduling (then cancelling and rescheduling) the appointment through having the carpets cleaned. Luke was very friendly & courteous-he called to let me know when he would arrive and gave me honest upfront pricing estimates before he even started. He recommended services that I really needed. (My rescue dog wasn't totally housetrained when we first adopted her, so she'd go to the bathroom by my bedroom door at night on training pads. Sometimes she'd miss them... He recommended deep cleaning spot treatments, which REALLY did the trick!) He even helped to move furniture!
I would DEFINITELY do business with Zerorez again! In fact, I'm going to have them clean my vents & carpets in my new house (as soon as there's room to move and boxes are unpacked!)

My carpet is 10 years old and this is only the second time it’s been professionally cleaned. Jessie the tech was very informative about the process and what to expect. I was thrilled with the results! The carpet is light color and high traffic areas were pretty dirty. They look pretty good now. I’m very pleased.

Couldn't be happier. I received a courtesy call 1/2 hr. before they arrived... which was 1/2 hr before the scheduled window. The gentleman was courteous, professional and did a great job of cleaning our carpets. They look great!!
