First, the technician, Lance was extremely friendly, polite, and thorough in explaining the process to us first time users. Such a hard worker and made the experience all the more enjoyable.
The process of pre-treating and cleaning is so effective. You can literally see the dust and dirt at the surface before final cleaning.
