I have been shampooing my carpets myself for the last several years and feel that I have done a good job. Ever since I heard the first ad for zerorez about residue left behind in the carpet, I have thought I may not have rinsed as well as I should have. My carpets seemed to get dirty more quickly after each cleaning. The more I researched about the methods used, the more i wanted to give zerorez a try. From my first call to the technician coming out and cleaning my carpets, it has been nothing but a positive experience. My carpets smell so fresh and clean and more importantly look so clean. It is amazing. I would highly recommend zerorez to anyone!
Your tech was quite good. Explained everything pretty clear. He got 99% of any stains out. Only spot that remained is from 7 yrs ago but he did make it less noticeable. I couldn’t thank him enough. A job very well done.

Came early in the time window and worked quickly and efficiently so we could get the house running normally again. Carpets look and smell great! Got the protective spray, did feel like there was a little residue from that but improved a little after a few days with traffic and vacuuming.
