the service was excellent ,from placing order ,to Kevin calling telling he was in route,to kevin arriving and going over our job,and zerorez services to kevin taking care of our house to saying thank you and goodbye Kevin whet over products available and services with no high pressure sales. and he wore booties the whole time and all of his equipment was very clean.

Great job. Showed up at the beginning of the window time which was before 10:00 AM. Cleaned two rooms within 45-50 minutes. The carpet was completely dry by evening. Smells snd looks fresh and clean.

The rugs feel look and smell clean. We love the stink/stain remover. We have 3 dogs and depend on the solution. The spots stay away and the carpets look like new. The technicians are always professional and well trained. Kevin are tech was excellent and I will be asking for him again when ready to have service done again.
