This is the third time I've used Zerorez and I've been more than pleased with the outcome each time. The technicians are professional and efficient and I feel the price is right. The most recent cleaning was on a carpet that was 15 years old and had never been cleaned since installation. I was very pleased with how clean it was after and how quickly it dried. Would definitely use Zerorez again.

I don't need to provide anything.
I requested to have my carpet cleaned try to remove stains. That goal was accomplished the stains was cleaned and stains removed to my satisfaction.
I requested to have an odor treatment applied to my basement carpet as well as cleaned. Those goal were accomplished resulting in good results.
