I inquired online the night before. They called me the next morning (day before getting new couches) and they were at my house cleaning the carpets the same day!!! I’m so thankful for the phone call or I wouldn’t have had clean carpets to bring in my new couches. My finished basements feels brand new. We had two fans going to dry faster in time for couch delivery.
