I especially liked the technician, Caitlin. She was very straight forward and communicated well about the service and what she was going to,before she started. Price as well. I was very pleased with the results also! I wasn't sure my 20 year old ,well used couch could look better ,but it did! I definitely would recommend Zerorez to anyone and in the end was very pleased with the whole experience! I also liked that all my communication with them from the start was on record.....Thank you!
