The two technicians were very professional and excellent.

My carpets and home feel so clean. I love that they have these powerful cleaners and crazy long hoses that stretch from their trucks into my home! It makes it feel very worth hiring the Zerorez team because it's not just a carpet cleaner I could rent and use myself. It feels much more powerful and thorough than I could do on my own. The techs have been very friendly in my experience and even though we went about 24 months in between carpet cleanings, they referenced our previous services and honored a small discount for us as return customers. It made me feel valued as a customer.

Caitlin did an excellent job on our carpets, ceramic tile, and barstools. She explained all of the available services and made recommendations based on our needs. Everything looks brand new! I would highly recommend Zerorez and Caitlin.

Cody came out yesterday to clean our ceramic tile hallway. He did a stellar job! I have washed the hallway many times, but never had it professionally cleaned - it looks amazing! Sparkling clean with grout that looks much lighter. Cody gave us great information about suggested cleaning schedule and safety in waiting until completely dry, I am sorry that I waited so long, but overjoyed that it looks brand new now! Cody himself was friendly, very professional and thorough and represented Zerorez so well. This is our second experience with your company - we are sold for life!

The young men that did our air duct cleaning explained everything to us before they got started. No one else had ever done that before. They did an excellent job! Your employees were very personable, knowledgeable and definitely knew what had to be done. We were pleased with their work!

Our carpets were not in bad shape with the exception og a 3 year old coffee stain that got bigger every time we tried to clean it. He did a great job in all rooms and the coffee stain is gone.
