Professional employees

I especially like the young man who did my rugs. I didn’t catch his name. My husband thinks it could be Cody ( he’s bad and remembering names) He even went over heavy spots more than once. Carpets turned out beautiful.

It was so easy to book and coordinate the cleaning on our end of things. We liked that we would be able to open with only a slight delay for drying time. Our carpets had not been cleaned in a very long time and the difference has been astounding!

Very pleased,David did an awesome job . Very professional at his job.

Our guy was great! I will ask for him next time. Carpets look and smell great!

The making of the reservation was very easy and efficient. The Service Rep advised when he was on his way. The Rep was very friendly and polite. The carpets were clean and yet not too wet.

Great team at Zerorez! Jeff is outstanding

Efficient work by technician. Good results.

I was very pleased with the full cleaning service in my home with your method. It's a new process and I had some very testing stains and wear on my carpeting. My steps had two stairs with wine spilled by accident months ago, and I never thought it would come out especially because I self treated it with remedies that were offered by people and it never came out and the chemicals with all these treatments with your, I really thought it was ruined. Magically, it's all gone! Also, over the past winter, I lost my dog at 16yrs, and she was having incontenience problems so throughout the walkways and steps were accidents that I did not think because of the age of the run and my dog, it might have been hopeless. I spoke with your service agent, and we went over all the things I spoke about, and he assured me, that he could do the best with your treatments. I am so relieved, and surprise of the complete turnout! Thank you ever so much. Your serviceman, Chris Cummings, was terrific. He listened and helped me through the cleaning and was very attentive of my feelings. He did a wonderful job.

Always a job well done.

The guy was very nice and patient and worked with me to get things moved around. House smelled good afterwards. Since I was not quite ready since he was over 2 hours early.

Great crew.
