The Technician who cleaned my carpets, John Jackson, is what I like about your service. The scheduled Technician was unavailable. John was sent as a last minute replacement around 5 or 5:30 pm, even though he had already finished for the day. It was extremely hot and humid so challenging weather, I think, to have to clean carpets. He was very friendly, professional, thorough and efficient.
He did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. I would use Zerorez again and request John.
