i moved into a new apartment and the floors and carpet had a sticky film on them. Zerorez was able to remove it and now I have clean floors and clean carpet. Now I can enjoy living here!

My service was fantastic. Michael did an amazing job and included my 2 small closets. He had no problem working without power- the move out disconnect happened just before he arrived. When he accidentally charged me for the closets, I got a call within 30 minutes from Zerorez, who had already caught the problem and processed a refund.

Every time we’ve had this company for carpet cleaning, the workers are always so friendly but also they do a great job. Jordan cleaned our carpets yesterday and he was very respectful and friendly AND did a fabulous job! Will be calling for carpet cleaning again for 2 other rooms in September/October.
