The scheduling process was easy. I was able to get the day and time period requested. The technician was on time, evaluated what was to done, explained the process to be used, and proceeded to complete the project as described. The technician answered all of question before,during,and after the project was completed.

The technician's education on carpet cleaning was phenomenal. He made sure he explained ways to salvage our rug.
