Jesse, the technician, communicated well in advance of the appointment, arrived early within the window provided, was knowledgeable, professional, and cleaned our area rugs, upholstered furniture and stairs and hallway to our satisfaction. There was no chemical odor associated with the cleaning, much to our satisfaction. Friends had recommended ZeroRez to us and we recommend this company to others.
