Fast, clean, and friendly!

Our carpet is old, but it looked great after being cleaned. The gentleman who did my carpet also cleaned my carpet the last time. He is very knowledgeable and takes pride in the company. To me this speaks volumes.

Service Technician Dave did a great job in cleaning my whole house. Worked efficiently and effectively. Used care around baseboards and legs of furniture. Moved lighter weight items to do a thorough job. Several minor but long term stains were lifted. House looks great.

One suggestion would be for technicians to place foam blocks to elevate wooden legs of furniture like coffee tables and chairs so that they don't sit on wet carpeting. These were provided to me by Dave at the completion of the work but only b/c I asked for them. Competitor companies that I have used in the past routinely placed these.
