MY TECH CALLED WITH ENOUGH TIME FOR ME TO GET READY,WHICH WAS APPRECIATED DUE TO SOMETIME SERVICE PEOPLE JUST SHOW UP. HE WALKED THROUGH THE AREAS TO BE CLEANED,WITH MASK AND BOOTS, GAVE A TIME FRAME AND HE WAS PRETTY MUCH ON. THE CARPETS LOOK GREAT.
