I have been shampooing my carpets myself for the last several years and feel that I have done a good job. Ever since I heard the first ad for zerorez about residue left behind in the carpet, I have thought I may not have rinsed as well as I should have. My carpets seemed to get dirty more quickly after each cleaning. The more I researched about the methods used, the more i wanted to give zerorez a try.
