Kevin was knowledgeable and polite. He answered any questions I had. I really enjoyed how he was detailed oriented when cleaning and left the clean lines in the carpet. Also he took his time on our troubled area, the stairs, and they look great! Also it was nice that our carpets dried within hours. We have a dog and a little one who is constantly on the floor.
I just like how no extra services are pushed on me. They are always suggested, but never push on me. The people are always so nice.

I initially had my carpets cleaned last week ,, the cleaning was not up to your standards , so you sent someone out today to clean them again , and I’m completely satisfied.
Your tech was quite good. Explained everything pretty clear. He got 99% of any stains out. Only spot that remained is from 7 yrs ago but he did make it less noticeable. I couldn’t thank him enough. A job very well done.
