The smell of the citrus spray used for cat urine and other smells in the rug are totally gone and the scent of the cleaner lingered on it smelled so fresh and the carpet was nice and soft not having a hard tyoe surface after using my scrubber. A great experience in all from the tech, Seph, thru the whole process which only took maybe an hour at most

Our technician Mariah M was phenomenal! She was so knowledgeable when answering my questions and even made quite a few helpful suggestions regarding caring for our carpet. Her kind, genuine personality made it easy to welcome her right into her home. In the brief amount of time she was here, she exhibited characteristics that would make her a great leader within the company in the near future, even at such a young age. In the end, our carpets looked GREAT, the best they’ve ever looked after being cleaned.

Both times my carpets looked great. Considering they are over 20 years old and weren't expensive whe n purchased I am very pleased. Spots I never thought would come out just disappeared. Both guys were so nice and helpful and I took pictures to show my family and friends. My carpeting is very light and the difference showing in the pictures are amazing. Again, my thanks!!!!
