Donna was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly to me. I’ve had my carpets cleaned twice before but also had my couches done this time and they look great! The smell is barely noticeable too, which is a big deal to me because chemical smells really don’t sit well here! Thank you!
Jesse who came and cleaned our carpets was very professional and nice, he took steps to ensure he would not interfere in our normal household craze.

Service was very professional and my carpets look great
Donna was friendly, she listened to everything I had to say and then I showed her where the really bad spot was. She educated me and then we talked and I told her what I didn't want. She did sell me about the bacteria spray and then the final spray to help remove spots. And wouldn't you know it, the next morning when I got up, Gus, our cat, threw up on the carpet! NOT even 12 hrs. had passed. I did what Donna told me and it came right up.
I enjoyed having Donna in my home.
Our tech Kevin Jackson was fantastic!! He gave a courtesy call prior to arriving. When he got here , he went through the process step by step . He made sure I understood everything prior to moving on!! He took the time to go over additional services if I was interested, and he did it in a manor that I didn’t feel pressured to buy. I’m very thankful for that!! The cleaning was started , he laid out all of the appropriate protectants and cleaned the carpets to perfection!! They look beautiful and smell great!! Thank you !!
