The smell of the pre-treater was amazing - a light citrus smell. After the tech left, the carpet was ever so slightly damp. The carpeting looked amazing and the house smelled clean and fresh.

It was very easy to schedule and plan for. Cleaning was quick and efficient. I appreciated being able to schedule and receive updates online and by text as I am hard of hearing.
