I appreciated the phone call as he was arriving. I felt like the technician respected my home and put booties on immediately and put a screen to block the outside door. The air duct cleaning is one of the most fascinating processes I’ve seen. My husband and I were happy that you could see the before and after picture of vents. I would use this company again. Maybe next time I’ll have the floors cleaned.

Talked with your manager this morning; Tech was fine, still want you to lower your prices or I’ll have to go with a different company in the future. 5 min to clean 12 steps for $60 seems excessive.
I received a call from your office manager Rachael this morning in regards to the survey that I had previously filled out a few days ago. I have a better understanding of the process now I am just too old school for all this fancy technology and I don’t like that the call center did not quote me with the tax included or for all the services I asked for.
When you’re calling in to book the special and you ask what prices are of other things (unrelated to the booking) I would like a general total even if I don’t schedule that with you that day. For you to just quote out prices without totaling them all up for the customer, doesn’t really help us older folk When trying to budget a cleaning On a fixed income.
Luckily for you, your staff is so incredibly helpful and friendly that I have no other choice but to give everybody I’ve dealt with in Pittsburgh, a 10.
Would recommend to family and friends but I’ll let them know about my call center experience and to relay as much info as possible to get more accurate pricing. I’m not trying to have a heart attack over $50, thank you. Also thank you for the follow up from my previous review

Friendly and efficient
Our technician was wonderful. He did a fantastic, thorough job. The only reason I am not giving a 10 is because I received 2 emails from Zerorez telling me the technician would arrive between 3-6pm and he showed up at 1:30, and I had to leave work early to meet him. He told us he was not made aware of the 3-6pm window, so not his fault.
