Courteous, professional staff

He put extra effort in cleaning the carpet at our entrance, which was very neglected by us in a very long time. Our apartment manager gave us notice to get it cleaned. Now you can see we have a brown carpet again. There’s still a light stain there, but it’s a lot better than being black.

He arrived on time at the beginning of our appointment spread. He was pleasant and a hard worker. I told him he didn’t have to move anything and thanked us for getting everything off the floor.

Super cleaning and great customer follow up.

I needed my air ducts cleaned and decided to try Zerorez. My technicians were prompt, courteous, and explained everything thoroughly. I think they actually were more thorough than the last company I used.

Price and how the tech explained things

Our carpets were cleaned and the stains left by the previous owners removed. They did a very thorough and professional job and we are very satisfied. We will continue to use Zerorez for any additional services we require in the future.

Kevin was perfect. Called before showing, so polite, loved him, would still do the remainder of my 2 rooms soon, with him. He did 2 floors of carpet and they looked great, will definitely recommend.

First, communication prior to your arrival on day of service was very thorough and friendly. Second, once your team members arrived ( Donna and I'm sorry I can't remember her trainees name , it began with an M) they were great. Donna thoroughly went over everything as we walked the house. She was warm and personable and made me feel like she was going to take care of everything and was committed to providing the best service with quality results. Last, but not least, the results were incredible - the carpets and floor looked great!!
