I was actually surprised when the manager called me this afternoon on behalf of my survey, I didn’t even know what she was talking about.. I swore I clicked 10. Everything is fine, the cleaning was great and the staff who was in my home was very friendly and knowledgeable in what he was doing. My apologies.

Spoke with Rachael, the 8 I previously gave was for pricing and she let me know we would receive a discount off future services. By no means was the 8 intended for her or the cleaning crew that came out. Everyone has been wonderful, just broke my budget, but the clean looks wonderful.

The vent cleaning process worked great and the Tech was able to show up great before and after photos that made it clear that this was something we really needed to have done.

The workers are very friendly and co-operative with home owners requests. Your home has a pleasant smell instead of strong cleaning chemical smell on completion. The final step using the large fan for drying is so helpful. Everything can be back to normal in a few hours. I am definitely pleased with results.

Easily to schedule. Technician was prompt and courteous and personable and professional. Our carpets look great! We inquired about possibly getting a chair cleaned and the technician was very honest that it likely would not be successful due to nature of stains being body oils. This was our 2nd experience with Zerorez and it was just as good as the last one from Nov 2019. Lance, our tech was absolutely the best. Zerorez is lucky to have him as an employee. He is professional and very attentive to the customer’s needs. He is not pushy as he explains all the Zerorez options.

The representative did an excellent job. She was so concerned to do a good job. She worked very hard and removed some spots other carpet cleaners could not remove. I don't know how she did all that work, but I am very happy with the job.
