I am satisfied with the outcome and the tip feature she explained to me, was not how I had been told the process by the person who was at my home the day of the cleaning.. I apologize for my original review stating he was asking for a tip.
Overall everything is okay I just can’t say that this company is better than cleaning then the others I have used in the past, that’s all.

Chad was very professional and pleasant to interact with and he was respectful of social distancing. The carpets look as good as they can for as old as they are. Would definitely recommend this company.

The gentleman who cleaned my carpets was quick and efficient. My carpets look brand new again.

Lance explained the whole process in detail and was very friendly. I got a basic cleaning because it was a requirement for me to move out of my apartment, but he did a great job. The carpets looked and smelled fresh after the cleaning, and it was a faster process than I expected. I would use Zerorez again, and would recommend to anyone.

Excellent job in cleaning the carpets

Only had carpet cleaned and deodorize. Really thought steps carpet would need to be replaced soon because of dirt and some staining not because of ware. Honestly could not believe what I was looking at! Then was the slightly nauseous moment knowing we had been living with flooring that filthy.
The funky smelling former fish tank room is new looking and no oder of any kind remaining. I could go on.
Let’s not forget Kevin. Offered all your services and left it at that. All business ,game on, then gone. Didn’t even get to say good bye. Or give him a tip. Cheep skate. Get you next time Kevin and thank you.
