I am satisfied with the carpet cleaning. However I was not happy that I was near the last
appointment of the day, he came near 4 pm which meant my carpets did not totally dry until
the next morning. I had booked this appointment nearly 2 weeks ahead.

The technician was the same - pleasant, competent, explained clearly what he was about to do, and went about it smoothly and professionally. I especially appreciated the photos he gave us of the insides of the ducts, and the very reasonable price we paid for the service.
