Loved our experience with Zerorez! We've tried lots of other carpet cleaning companies and even cleaned carpets ourselves over the years, but they actually didn't compare to Zerorez!
Some cost less, some more (it really depends on what all you need cleaned and the extent of how dirty it is). Our technician Chaz C. was very professional and extremely knowledgeable
(remember, this wasn't our first time around). We had 15 -18 yr old carpeting: 2 rooms had never been cleaned, and the 2nd flr hall & stairs were a disaster from a previous bathroom complete demolition. These 4 area of carpeting look brand new again!!! I understand if spots, stains etc, maybe can't come out , or come back once drying is complete, but not so in our case!! I couldn't be more pleased. I have already told two close friends of Zerorez, and if they are looking for excellent quality and a decent price, to call them. One most important thing, their staff always contact you to keep you up to date with your appt. Call them, You'll be glad that you did!

all the necessary precautions to protect my floors & woodwork leading to the bedroom carpet. Placed styrofoam squares under all the furniture legs. Wiped all the door handles & surfaces with disinfectant that he touched. He was very polite & courteous. He completed the job in the amount of time he stated. Thanks Zerorez!

The response time was incredible but the friendliness, professionalism and over all niceness of Rachael and Jesse is just absolutely the best. From the start of my experience to getting a quote and then to the actual work. Rachael was very accommodating and answered all my questions. Jesse was friendly and courteous while we walked the areas for him to get estimates. The overall work that Jesse performed was so good. I had some of our employees calling me while Jesse was still there saying, WOW, what a difference they see already. It was great. Jesse even took the time with me afterwards to walk the areas. They were very efficient. They got the carpet way cleaner then I thought possible. They were very professional and very timely in getting the job done. Also the company gave us some free sanitizer for our hands and hard surfaces in the home, which was very thoughtful of them. Reasonably priced as well.

He was very efficient, on time, very personable he recommended products such as stain removers And a Scotchgard I think it was in certain areas he didn’t recommend it where he didn’t think it was needed.

I am sure you get this feedback all the time regarding Rachael and Jesse. Rachael is beyond punctual, beyond accommodating, and the highest ranking external personal I have to deal with on a week to week basis. The team of Jesse and Rachael is like none other. Jesse is never late, has never denied a same day job, and completes all work to our liking. We have difficult residents and he just knows how to work with them on a one on one basis without upsetting anyone. If you haven’t already, you need to really look at what these two provide your company- they are the reason we keep using your services time and time again- even knowing other companies are cheaper; nothing compares to the level of service they provide us. They need to be put on a pedestal and recognized for their organization and overall success of the department they are running. Rachael answers my calls and emails all hours of the night. It can be 5am or 8pm and she’s never dropped the ball on our line of communication. For me, I feel like every company needs a duo like these two. Give them praise give them a raise! WE LOVE YOUR WORK, WE LOVE YOUR BUSINESS! Way to go ZEROREZ. And as you know, we refer you to anyone with ears. Thanks again and again!

You did make it right, I will give you credit on that. Just will never use your company or refer you ever. A simple rug cleaning turned into a 4 week eyesore and more construction on our property which is something we just didn’t need. Manager took care of us and she was really timely with the resolve.
