The whole process was great! Lance, our tech called us about 15 min our from showing up, which was helpful. He arrived wearing a mask, and covers on his shoes. Walked my wife and I through the whole process and explained everything in detail. Lance gave us all of our options and was honest and helpful. The entire cleaning took a little over an hour for 3 rooms. Lance took his time and cleaned our house like his own. Carpet looked amazing and felt better instantly after finishing up.
We will absolutely have your carpets cleaned every year or so and request Lance each and every time!

I am a repeat customer, but Dave still reviewed the entire process as well as products & services & offered extended services that I was unaware of (such as taking my large 12x14 carpet into your shop to have cleaned as well as hardwood floor cleaning). My sofas, stairs & carpet look new again & stale odors are gone. Thanks again, Dave, great job!

Kevin, the service technician is wonderful! This is the second time we have used Zerorez to clean carpets for us and the results were fantastic. Kevin is meticulous, conscientious, and like a magician with removing stains that I thought would never come out. I will continue to use Zerorez and I will continue to insist on having Kevin to do our work.
