The customer service representative I talked to to schedule my service was so pleasant and took the time to listen to my concerns and get my carpet cleaning scheduled at a time that was most convenient for me. Mariah who cleaned my carpets went above and beyond to make servicing my third floor condo possible. She walked me through the process before she started and took time to ensure the job was done well. I am pleased with the results and would highly recommend Zerorez!
Carpet cleaned up well without the carpet becoming very wet. The service provider that cleaned our carpet did a excellent job as well as was friendly and explained the process and what was done.

Great job by the Technicians.... even though we had to reschedule our first appointment I am very happy with the quality of the work completed.
After a Zerorez broken water line and a Zerorez broken down truck in my driveway that had to be towed the day was not looking too good. Maybe you should consider carring a spare waterline on the trucks? Seth called for assistance to help finish the job. This did add to a few extra hours in our day from the job being completed. Seth and his team were very courteous and did a fine job. I did feel that I spent much more than intended over $1900. The last time I had all the carpets in the house cleaned for $350. I knew adding on furniture and scotch guard would increase the $ spent but wow. That's a long way from $109 special I called about.
The Zerorez team was amazing they completed 10 apartments, cleaning upholstery and curtains for the Charity. Reaching out to us offering support. This act of generosity will support the family of seriously ill children and their family's we serve coming into the Pittsburgh area seeking medical treatments.

The technician was professional and courteous. He explained everything he was doing very well. The cleaning was thorough and left our 19 year old carpets looking almost new again.

Excellent service, response times, communication and our tech Kevin was awesome. We were not even home as we sold the house during Covid. The new owners met Kevin and saw the difference in the carpets which was outstanding. I had verified with the new owners all went well, it they couldn't express more gratitude to us for having that done for them prior to their move and how awesome Kevin was to work with. Highly recommend over any others as I have used them all! I would not go back to anyone else.
